At The Pinnacle View, we value flexibility and transparency. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled for bookings made through our website.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to thepinnacleviews@gmail.com or made over the phone at 8755331133 / 9012188590 / 7983292928. Please mention your booking reference and name.

Free Cancellation Window

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount, excluding any applicable transaction or processing fees.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the check-in time, 50% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. In such cases, the entire booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Refund Timeline

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Early Check-Outs

In case of an early check-out after check-in, no refunds will be given for the unused portion of the stay.

Group Bookings and Offers

Special conditions may apply to group bookings or bookings made under promotional offers. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may supersede this general policy.
